National Park Week: G R A N D C A N Y O N

Grand Canyon is a great park for many things. A great park to spend the day or the week. If you would just like to view the Grand Canyon and have no interest hiking, there are several Amazing viewpoints! If you prefer a challenge, hiking into the Grand Canyon is extremely strenuous but truly takes your breath away! (literally and figuratively)

FAVORITE SEASON: Spring // It isn’t too hot yet and the water levels are highest

FAVORITE HIKES: 1) Havasupai // Starts from the Havasupai Indian Reservation *Permits Required (enter Grand Canyon National Park if you hike to the Colorado River) | 18 miles One Way | Strenuous | 2) Bright Angel Trail | 9.2 mi. Round Trip | Strenuous
